Booking and payment conditions.
A booking form must be completed. Payment of deposit
implies acceptance of terms and conditions on the booking form.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due
8 weeks before arrival at the property. Most property owners insist on a
damages deposit, this must be paid with the final balance, the deposit
will be returned within two weeks of departure assuming no damage has
been caused. |
