This quiet spacious community has several beautiful pools and is only a couple of minutes walk for the town centre and main beach of Santa Ponsa.

There is also a communal covered barbeque and eating area next to the pool area.

Santa Ponsa 1 golf course is only a couple of minutes drive away and there are several more courses all within 15 minutes drive.

The living area comprises a large, open plan lounge/dining room with glass sliding doors leading out onto the main terrace.

The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and there is a TV with Sky satellite freeview channels.

There are a choice of dining areas, inside or outside on the terrace, both are furnished with table and chairs for 6 people.

The modern, fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

There is a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and large fridge/freezer.

The utility room, off the kitchen contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are three bedrooms, the master has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds. The first and second bedrooms both have French windows leading to small balconies.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom.

A security deposit of £200 (€250) against breakages is required when booking this property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
