The villa is situated
in the peaceful area of Campanet which is 10km away from the
nearby resort of Pollensa. The Beaches of Puerto Pollensa,
Alcudia and Cala St Vincente are easily and quickly reachable by car and the golf courses of Pollensa
and Alcanada are both within a short drive.

Villa is set behind gates with a sweeping driveway. The villa is totally
private with just a short walk to the village for Campanet.The
private outdoor pool is exceptionally large with a bridge going over.
There is also an indoor pool (Heated in Winter) with loungers for
relaxing. The villa also has a solarium.
There are several beautiful terraces for dining, sunbathing, or for
lounging in the shade. |

master suite has direct terrace access with views over the pool and
gardens.
There is a games room with large plasma TV, pool table and bar.
The main house has four bedrooms, the wonderful Casita has 2 bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms and the separate apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
There are mature gardens with fruit trees. The property is not
overlooked and you can enjoy dining up by the main house, at the
barbecue down by the pool or over at the Japanese barbecue. |

villa has a stunningly reformed luxury kitchen with 6 ring hob, oven,
fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and wine fridge. All crockery,
cutlery and utensils are provided.There is a separate utility room
with Washer/Dryer, iron & ironing board.
Numerous facilities are provided including internet access, satellite
TV, Wii and Wii fit (upon request) and telephone. |

main house has a large living room with surrounding terraces, internal
and external fireplaces. There is a separate dining room with gallery
landing.The Casita also has living/dining room with it's own brand
new open plan kitchen. |

villa's bedrooms are made up of 5 doubles and 2 twins (which can be made
up as doubles also if required). There are 8 bathrooms in total, all
newly reformed, plus an additional guest toilet.Top quality linens
and towels are provided & changed weekly.
Mon - Fri maid service, gardener and pool cleaner are included in the
rental price. |

required when booking this property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2
