Sleeps 10 people in the main house and up to 4 people in the guest apartment. The villa is fully air conditioned and has internet access.

Palma airport is 20 minutes drive away. Palma city, sandy beaches and golf courses are all within 10/15 minutes drive.

The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is accessed through secure electronic gates. It has a steep driveway leading to the front door and parking area for up to 4 cars.

The large private terrace has sun loungers, dining table, BBQ area and summer kitchen. The pool is private and the terrace has beautiful sea views.

The villa has a large, open plan living area comprised of entrance hall, lounge and dining area.

For entertainment there is a flat screen TV with SKY channels, DVD player and music system.

New, modern fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, American style fridge/freezer with ice-maker, Microwave and dishwasher.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Both kitchen and utility room have access to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms Main House:
Bedrooms 1 and 2 have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 also has a TV linked to the main TV downstairs.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have double beds, they share a bathroom.

Bedroom 5 has twin beds.

Guest Apartment:
Small bedroom with a double bed and two sleeping sofas in the lounge area.
The apartment also has a kitchenette, bathroom and lounge.

An additional €500 per week will be charged for use of the Guest Apartment.
A security deposit of €1000 against breakages is required when booking this property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
