A beautiful, ground floor, two bedroom apartment in Port Andratx for up to 4 people. Located 2 minutes walk away from Port Andratx marina and several restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the town. The sunny terrace overlooks the pool and it is in an ideal position for access to the many top quality restaurants, bars and cafes in the port.

The good size lounge and dining area has comfortable settees, a modern dining table and chairs and matching modern coffee table and sideboard.

Full width glass doors open onto the terrace which overlooks the communal pool and gardens. The terrace is furnished with a modern table and chairs for outside dining in the summer evenings.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a small dressing area between the bedrooms with plenty of fitted wardrobe space. Both bedrooms are light and airy with large external glass doors.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

There is a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and ceramic hob.

The utility room, off the kitchen contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

There are two modern bathrooms, both fully tiled in marble and equipped with shower, hand basin and toilet. One bathroom also has a bath and bidet.

Port Andratx is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean.

There is a fishing fleet based in the harbour plus a fine marina. A perfect centre for water sports. Scuba-divers will marvel at the wonders of the sea. The sea is exceptionally clean and clear, giving long distances of vision.

This location is also a fine choice for golfers. There is an 18 hole golf course and driving range within 5 minutes drive. There are a further 5 courses within 20 minutes drive offering challenges for all levels of players.

The mountains offers great walks for the hikers and for the more energetic, mountain biking and climbing. There are also lovely beaches for those who wish to totally chill out and catch the sun, Camp de Mar and St Elm are recommended beaches within 5/10 minutes drive. The Capital city of Palma is also just 20 minutes away by car or taxi.

A security deposit of £200 (€250) against breakages is required when booking this property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
