The exclusive Dorint Royal Golf Resort & Spa is within walking distance with it's luxurious Beauty and Wellness centre.

Palma is only 15 minutes drive away and the popular Wednesday market in Andratx town is 5 minutes away.

The living accommodation comprises an entrance hall, a guest WC and a fully fitted kitchen. An open plan sitting room and dining area have direct access to the rear terrace and garden.

There is a TV with Sky "freeview" channels and a DVD player in the lounge. There is also wireless internet access available.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cutlery, crockery, utensils and equipment. It also has a dishwasher and washing machine.

There are two bedrooms (1 double room and 1 twin room) and two bathrooms.

All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is also a first floor terrace, accessed from the master bedroom, with modern terrace furniture and views across the golf course.

Outside there is a tiled terrace leading to the neatly lawned garden. It is possible to take a shortcut to the beach, across the golf course, from the garden of the villa.

There is a good selection of community pools, the closest being just 50 metres from the front door. There is also ample parking right next to the house.

The beach, golf course and village at Camp de Mar are only 5 minutes walk away.

A security deposit of £200 (€300) against breakages is required when booking this property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
