A beautiful, private finca with pool set in 28,000 sq. mtrs. of gardens, fruit trees and wooded hillside. The finca has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

The finca is located on the outskirts of S'Arraco, local shops, bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. Port Andratx and the beaches at Camp de Mar and St Elm are all just 10 minutes drive away.

The master and 2^nd bedrooms are upstairs.

The master bedroom has a large double bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and twin hand basins.

The 2^nd bedroom has twin beds and en-suite facilities.

The 3^rd and 4^th bedrooms are downstairs with twin beds in each and with a shared bathroom. Together they form an ideal “Family Suite”. Access to the large 3^rd bedroom and shared bathroom is via the smaller twin 4^th bedroom.

All the bedrooms are air conditioned.

There is also a room with toilet and washbasin accessed from the outside terrace.

The finca has an open plan lounge with original exposed beams and open fireplace. There is a flat screen television with Freeview Sky TV channels.

The kitchen has a large walk in pantry, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary crockery and cutlery.

Outside is a laundry room and summer kitchen with fridge/freezer, double marble sinks and open wood barbeque.

For dining on the terrace there is a large wooden table and seating for 10 people.

By the pool there is a covered terrace with soft seating.

A security deposit of £500 (€625) against breakages is required when booking this property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
Rental dates for this property must run from Saturday to Saturday.
