short walk from the centre of
town and the Square, it has fantastic views over the bay of Santa Ponsa.
Shops, bars, restaurants and the main beach are all nearby.
The large community
pool has plenty of space for sun bathing and there is a bar and
restaurant to provide refreshments.

The accommodation consists of a reasonable size lounge
with dining area and kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and terrace
overlooking the pool and Santa Ponsa bay.
  The
lounge and dining area is comfortably appointed with sofa (that converts
to a sofa bed), easy chairs,
dining table and chairs for 4 people and television with Sky TV and a DVD
player.
The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, electric hob,
microwave, stainless steel sink
unit and all necessary crockery and cutlery. |
  The bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
The fully tiled bathroom is fitted with a hand basin, toilet and shower
cubicle. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron. |

property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2
weeks of departure from the property.
