short walk from the centre of
town and the Square, it has fantastic views over the bay of Santa Ponsa.
Shops, bars, restaurants and the main beach are all nearby.

The accommodation consists of a large lounge
with dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and large terrace.
 The
lounge/dining area is comfortably appointed with two sofas, table and chairs,
coffee table and television with local channels. Large glass sliding doors
lead onto the terrace area, there are table and chairs on the terrace for
alfresco dining. |
 The
large master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and sliding glass
doors to the terrace.
The second bedroom has twin beds.
Both bathrooms are modern and equipped with hand
basin, toilet and shower, one also has a bath. |
The
kitchen has all necessary equipment, crockery and cutlery.
There is a small utility room with washing machine and ironing
facilities.
Outside there is a large community pool and ample terrace areas for
sunbathing. There are also communal sun shades and manicured gardens,
there is access to the sea and a footpath leads along the side of the bay
to the main beach.
Smoking is
not allowed inside the apartment, but you may smoke on the balcony. Pets
are not allowed. |

This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2
weeks of departure from the property.
