terraces) and 4 bathrooms that sleeps up to 12 people.
Within a short walk to the sandy 'Little Beach' and Club Nautica (Santa
Ponsa marina) and close to bars, restaurants and night clubs. The town centre and main beach of Santa Ponsa
are about 15 minutes walk away.

villa has a floor area of 500 square metres and is partially
air-conditioned and heated for all year round living. There is private
parking in the grounds.
Outside the villa has gardens, terraces and a private pool. There is
a barbeque and terrace furniture for eating outdoors in the summer. |

 The family kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary
crockery and cutlery as well as grill, dishwasher, fridge,
freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine .The villa has 5
bathrooms:-

satellite channels, a DVD player and stereo music system. |

A security deposit of £500 (€750) against breakages is required when booking this
property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2
weeks of departure from the property.
