Situated opposite the popular 'Aqualand' water park, the centre of Magaluf is within easy walking distance.

The property is self-contained with small gardens to the front and rear and a covered parking area to the side. It has central heating for cooler months and fans for the summer.

Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge/dining room with French doors opening onto the front terrace. There is a television with Sky TV free channels and a DVD player.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all necessary cutlery, crockery and utensils.
There is also a guest cloakroom with toilet and handbasin.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and small roof terrace.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a sitting room with TV that doubles as the third bedroom with the use of the sofa bed.

The roof terrace has views across the community gardens and pools.

There is a large selection of daytime and nighttime entertainment outside of the complex all within easy walking distance of the house.

The popular waterparks of 'Aqualand' and 'Western Water World' are just across the road from the entrance.
There is a good outdoor Go-Kart track 2 minutes walk away.
The main beach of Magaluf and the town centre with it's numerous bars, restaurants and clubs is within easy walking distance.
The popular 'Pirates' show is also only 10 minutes walk away and well worth at least one visit during your holiday.

A security deposit of £100 (€150) against breakages is required when booking this property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
