has air conditioning in both bedrooms. The complex has a large garden and
terrace area for sunbathing, a good size communal pool and small kiddies
pool and has direct access to the sea in its own small cove.
Son Caliu and Palmanova beaches are both a couple of
minutes walk away and there are bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Although
this apartment is in a quiet location, the nightlife of Palmanova is only 5
minutes walk away.

This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2
