Two Apartments in San Telmo (St Elm), Nr. Porto Andratx. They are in a peaceful location, 6 minutes walk to the village and sandy beach, a great location for open air activities.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms (Sleep 4 people each). The apartments are one above the other, excellent for groups of friends who wish to holiday together.

The private complex overlooks lovely gardens and has direct access to the sea. On waters edge, although not part of the community, there is the very popular Cala Cornills bar/restaurant and nearby a small pebble beach.

Each apartment has 1 living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and kitchen.

The living room has a large sofa, coffee table and 2 chairs, dining table with 4 chairs, DVD and TV with satellite which receives non paying channels and radio stations. Each has a large balcony with chairs and table for outdoor eating.

They both have air-conditioning in the main bedroom and the living room, this being enough to guarantee a good cooling system throughout the apartments.

The main bedroom has twin beds and en-suite bathroom (with bath, hand-shower, two hand basins, bidet and WC). This room has air-conditioning, cupboard, chest of drawers and a small mirror.

The second bedroom has twin beds with cupboard and a small mirror, there is a second bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven with grill and an electric hob, an iron/ironing board, coffeemaker and toaster, washing machine max. 3 kilos and microwave oven.

A security deposit of €100 against breakages is required when booking this property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
