Full width glass doors open onto the garden/terrace which overlooks the communal pool and gardens. The terrace is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for outside dining in the summer evenings.

There are two twin bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.

The master bedroom has glass doors out to the rear garden, the second bedroom has glass doors onto the front terrace with pot plants and a small table and chairs for 2 people.

Both modern bathrooms are fully tiled in marble and equipped with shower, hand basin and toilet. One bathroom also has a bath and bidet.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

There is a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and ceramic hob.

Port Andratx is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean.

There is a fishing fleet based in the harbour plus a fine marina. A perfect centre for water sports. Scuba-divers will marvel at the wonders of the sea. The sea is exceptionally clean and clear, giving long distances of vision.

This location is also a fine choice for golfers. There is an 18 hole golf course and driving range within 5 minutes drive. There are a further 5 courses within 20 minutes drive offering challenges for all levels of players.

The mountains offers great walks for the hikers and for the more energetic, mountain biking and climbing. There are also lovely beaches for those who wish to totally chill out and catch the sun, Camp de Mar and St Elm are recommended beaches within 5/10 minutes drive. The Capital city of Palma is also just 20 minutes away by car or taxi.

A security deposit of £200 (€300) against breakages is required when booking this property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
