This VIP luxury penthouse apartment is located in one of the most prestigious complexes in Santa Ponsa. It is 4,300 sq ft in size and no expense has been spared by the owner to make this a dream holiday apartment.

The apartment is fully air conditioned with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to six people. All bedrooms are en-suite with TV and DVD.

The apartment has a wireless internet connection and Ipod connection for music in every room (including the bathrooms!).

The main beach, shops, bars and restaurants of Santa Ponsa are all within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. There are large communal pools for relaxing and also an exercise pool for the serious swimmers!

The large, spacious, Italian styled lounge and dining room has two comfortable seating areas, both with black leather seating and 42" Plasma TVs with Sky channels.

There is a modern glass dining table with seating for six people.

Glass door lead out onto the terraces with views across the golf course and surrounding countryside. The terraces have comfortable seating for enjoying the sunshine and views.

The large master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with Toilet, Bath, Shower Enclosure, Jacuzzi and Bidet.

The other two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and also have en-suite bathrooms with Toilet, Bath with shower and Bidet.

All bedrooms have a television and DVD.

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

There is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, oven and washing machine.

There is also a breakfast area adjoining the kitchen with a glass table and chairs.

A security deposit of £500 (€700) against breakages is required when booking these properties.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
