It is set in a residential, marina neighborhood but is only a few minutes
walk to the beach, shops and many restaurants. All other amenities including
golf courses, water parks, town center and main beach are just a short drive
away.

villa has a fantastic south facing sunbathing terrace with infinity pool
surrounded by Mediterranean gardens. It has over 300 sq. mtrs. of
internal living area split onto two levels, plus outside terraces.
All 4 bedrooms are sunny and stylish, there is a large lounge with
satellite TV, a separate dining area and well equipped kitchen. There is
also an extra living area with sofa bed and a smaller office room with
sofa bed. The villa has off road parking.

lounge area is tastefully decorated and is very open and sunny with
Satellite TV, DVD, music system.
There is also a quieter lounge area and office/den for reading etc.

The dining area is situated next to the well equipped open kitchen
and bar.

equipped kitchen including hob/oven, fridge/freezer, ice maker,
microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, washing
machine and dryer.The villa has 4 bedrooms, all with double beds.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 have en-suite bathrooms. There is a seperate third
bathroom and also a guest cloakroom.
Towels and linen are provided and changed after each completed week
of your stay. Daily cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. Also a
housekeeper can be arranged to cook and clean while you're here, please

This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2
