1 bedroom Casita situated in a rural valley just outside the old
Spanish town of Andratx. The Casita is attached to the main
house, but has a private entrance and outlook. The Casita can
sleep 2 adults and 2 children (sofa bed makes up as 2 single
beds) and guests have
use of the beautiful private pool.
The Casita is a couple of minutes drive from Andratx town, 10 minutes
drive from Port Andratx and 25 minutes drive from Palma. The beaches at St.
Elm and Camp de Mar are also only 10 minutes drive away.

Casita has an open plan living room and kitchen, a large double bedroom
and a bathroom.The lounge/kitchen has comfortable seating, a dining
table and chairs and a television.
The bedroom has a large double bed and wardrobe space.
The fully tiled bathroom has hand basin, toilet and shower cubicle.

  Outside
there is a private terrace with garden furniture overlooking the garden
and with views up the valley.The beautiful pool and terrace area in
front of the main house are also available for the use of guests.
Children are welcome, but the property is not suitable for toddlers
as there are stone steps and the pool area cannot be isolated from the
house. |

Prices are based on 2 person occupancy, an additional £50 per
week will be charged for use of the sofa bed.
A security deposit of £200 against breakages is
required when booking this property.
This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2
weeks of departure from the property.
