Description
Villa Mimma has a large garden, with a private salt water pool, many terraced areas, including a table for Al Fresco dining with far reaching views, ample parking, indoor games room, the location could not be better as you are within an easy 10 minute walk of the Marina at Puerto Portals.
At entrance level there are 2 good sized en suite bedrooms to the left and a further on the right. A handy cloak room can be found in the hallway. Through then to the large, light open plan living/dining area with flat screen satellite TV, air con, wifi /internet access DVD player. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with Microwave, dishwasher, oven ,hob, Coffee maker, toaster, large fridge/freezer ,small fridge and separate wine chiller a good d dining table can also be found here. This leads onto the large terrace area with seating and dining table. Here you overlook the pool and sun deck.
On the first floor is the large master suite, complete with dressing room, en suite, large terrace and access to a rooftop decked area.
