We holiday in Mallorca most years (last 14 years) renting villas, joint family of 6 people. By far we all agreed this was the best we have ever stayed in. We were greeted by Brandon on arrival who showed us round and felt safe in the knowledge that he and Jane were quite close and on hand for any questions. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well decorated, the terrace and pool area were fantastic. Being their family home for 8 months of the year it did feel like a home from home, obviously with a mediterranean feel. It was the little things as well, games left for us, the sonos speaker, spices were left in the kitchen, BBQ trays were available, table tennis the list goes on. We had a fabulous time here and didn't venture out as much as other years, it was just so relaxing. We are already planning our return.

For one month we stayed in this amazing villa. Everything was perfect. Nice pool, beds and beautiful view. The house was very clean and everything is there. We are coming back!

We recently enjoyed a two week stay at villa Florencia with our family.
We had an amazing time. The villa was perfect for our family requirements. The kitchen was very well equipped for us who like to cook. The outside space was perfect from drinking eating and sitting.
The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. Bedding clean and crisp and very comfy. Never slept so well .The location for our grown up family was great for accessing the beach and bars etc.
The owners Jane and Brandon were a delight.
We have rented several villas in the southwest of Majorca and this without doubt has been our favourite. We look forward to hopefully being able to return .

Nice quiet area but very accessible and within easy driving distance of lots of other resorts.

Our stay at Villa SP01 in Santa Ponsa was everything we could wish for. The Villa was well equipped, and I cannot come up with anything that we missed. The pool was very nice, and good to have when the sun was bathing all day.
We was a family of 7 persons, and there are plenty space for everyone, and the air conditioned sleeping rooms gave us possibility to have a good nights sleep.
The area around Santa Ponsa offers many nice beaches, and the close distance to Palma made it easy to go to any restaurants we might like to visit.
We can highly recommend this beautiful house, and would not hesitate to come back.

What struck us first was the cleanliness of the property and the warm welcome the owner gave us which was a very nice touch knowing they were local for any needs we might have. We felt it was an ideal location, and would meet any families needs fully.
Fabulous pool, great views, easy walk to beach and resort.
Wouldnt hesitate and actually have recommended already to family and friends.

We were three families, with four children, spending our holiday the first week in October in this lovely house. We just loved our holiday and we loved the house, big, nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, it was easy to make breakfast and dinner. The bedrooms was big, nice and comfortable. All the families had their own bathroom. The outdoor are was perfect for eating, playing or just relaxing . The children loved the pool! Within 15 to 20 min walk you have several activities such as the jungelpark, puig Morisca, childrens playground, beaches, restaurants, and within 5min drive a big supermarket. There was plenty of space for two cars in the car park. It was easy to communicate with Jane if we had some question during the week.
In all we find the house very functional and with good space. Just perfect!

We've had the best time ever in this lovely property!
There's been 6 adults and 2 children, we've had plenty of room for each of us to enjoy both privacy and our time together.
Villa has a fantastic position, it is just outside the city center and up the hill, so nights are fresh and calm.
The pool is well maintained, we have used it every day.
Villa is decorated lovely and ecquiped with all you could think of.
I am looking forward to coming here again!

We have just spent a fabulous 2 weeks in the villa.
We were a a party of six adults and found we all had plenty room. The kitchen is very modern and was great when we wanted to eat in.
We enjoyed the big patio area too especially the seating area for sun downers!
We all agreed the bedrooms were all very comfortable - my wife and I stayed in the master which was extra fab.
We found the location very good -the road is quiet and easy to get to the beaches as well as the shops.
Jayne recommended we have an evening visit to Palma as well as enjoying the local restaurants - we hadn’t planned to go but had a fantastic night out there. I would also recommend Port Adriano for a good night out locally at their Marina.
Am happy to recommend the villa to others.

We (3 young couples) had a very nice vacation on this villa. As the weather was perfect, we didn't spend a lot of time inside. Only in the kitchen and bedrooms. Everything is nice in the kitchen except that it doesn't have a regular kettle. Bedrooms are very different unfortunately which makes it very difficult to agree who sleeps where if you are just friends and not a single family. Only one master bedroom is perfect, others are basic. Pool is not heated but very nice and convenient, we enjoyed it a lot along with very big and nice terrace. There are 2 beaches reachable by foot (15-20 mins), but both are 'city beaches' so not super cosy, that is why we drove to another coasts to see different options. Plus is that it is close to airport and Palma (25 min).

Thanks for making our holiday happen so seamless.
We had stayed in another one of southwest Mallorca's villas for 4 weeks previous and moving over to here was no trouble at all as the owner let us drop all our stuff off in the morning and return in the afternoon once all was set for us.
The villa was great and had everything we needed, Jane the owner also very helpful.
Would highly recommend not just this villa but any from southwest Mallorca, they are very professional and the team both in the UK and Mallorca cannot do enough for you, making the holiday hassle free and attending to any problems immediately.

Beautiful villa! We had a lovely 2 week stay for our wedding in nearby Andratx. The villa had everything & more there was nothing it wasn't equipped with. Great location, 15min walk to restaurants & shops. Would highly recommend this villa & company.

great house. we were 6 adults and 2 small children, fits perfect,cold but great pool, very well equipped kitchen although the knives need to be sharpened. everything there was perfect from the start.
i only wonder how hot it would be mid summer with no airco downstairs.

I would just like to say that the villa was absolutely fantastic in every way. It was perfect for wedding in so far as we had a proper base and a lovely one at that. It all went so well and the location and the villa made it so enjoyable for all of us. We would definitely hire a villa again in the future. So all in all I would say 10 out of 10.

Just spent a fantastic 10 days at villa Florencia. Truly one of the most relaxing and enjoyable family holidays we have had, beautiful garden full of colour and a great pool. The interior was very spacious and tastefully decorated, the owner had put a lot of effort and time into making sure everything was just right.
Final point which helped, the weather was fantastic.

our stay at Villa Florencia (SP01) was awesome. The owner has supported us in an excellent way. House, pool, furniture, etc. were worth the price. We can highly recommend Villa Florencia in Santa Ponsa. There were only one thing not optimal. The Wifi works well only in the kitchen and the living room. Outside and in the TV-Lounge was only a bad signal of Wifi so connection was not possible. At the end of the day we had a great time in Villa Florencia and would hire it again at any time.
Thank you again for your support regarding hiring this very nice house.
