Description
Villa Tesoro, meaning Treasure , is just that, a beautiful 5 bedrooms ,5 en-suite bath roomed villa , which is within easy walking distance of uber-chic Port Adriano and the family friendly beach and all amenities , one of the rare finds where a car isn't essential as everything is within easy walking distance.
Externally there is a large lawned area , which is ideal for families with young children, established grounds , with a good d private pool and your very own tennis court . There are plenty of terraces/ gazebo areas with comfortable seating, offering sunny drenched and shaded space. The main terrace overlooks the gardens and private pool and has a large dining table for al-fresco dining. The house also benefits from it's own full d private tennis court and off road parking for 2 or more vehicles. We can now offer private tennis tuition with an excellent coach at the villa, please ask for more information on request.
Internally, on the ground floor , there is a fully equipped kitchen, with separate laundry room , living area and dining room, there are also 2 bedrooms, there is one double and 1 twin room, .
On the first floor are 3 further bedrooms,with en suite bathrooms , all recently reformed , with large wrap around terrace areas, to admire the pool/garden and far reaching views . All bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning.
Locally you have restaurants/bars , a bakers/butchers/newsagents and other amenities , all within a flat 5 minute walk . There are also 2 parks close by for children to play. The beach at Port Adriano is very safe family beach, ideal for non swimmers/snorkelling/ young children. Normally there is a life guard is on duty.
There are 4 golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
