The latest traffic light shuffle changed Mallorca back to amber status, the good news is that from Monday 19th July, government guidance advising against travel to amber list countries will be lifted. Those fully vaccinated and under 18's no longer need to quarantine upon their return to the UK.
As UK residents you need to be aware that you will need to fill out a locator form before entering Mallorca, you also need to present the QR code you will receive when you have filled the form in. This information is also required for any travel to the Balearics from other Spanish or EU Countries.
Please click the link here and it will take you to the form needed. https://spth.gob.es This can be completed 48 hours before your flight.
Here you will find individual forms as well as forms for families/groups travelling together. Any other information regarding travel requirements will also be found there. We have been advised by clients/owners who have travelled to the Island that they have been asked to produce this on numerous occasions in the UK and in Spain. Our advice would be to print a copy if possible.
Britons travelling to Mallorca will either need to prove that they have been double vaccinated or show a negative Covid test. This comes into effect on Friday 2nd July. You can find further details on how to prove vaccination on this link:

Travel freely to Mallorca - July 2021
July 2021
We are delighted that after a year of not being able to travel freely to Mallorca we are now on the UK’s Green list of safe Countries to visit , and we can’t wait to welcome you back to the glorious sandy bays, finest Marinas and charming inland villages of this wonderful island.
As of the 30th June the following rules apply for British tourists arriving in Mallorca, there are two possibilities:
Full vaccination with one of the vaccines authorized by the European Medicines Agency or the World Health Organization, with the second dose administered at least 14 days before travel;
Or a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before arriving in Spain. This represents a change from Spain’s position, adopted a little over a month ago, when the UK was included on its list of countries whose nationals could freely enter the country.
On return to the UK you will also need a negative PCR test , we are happy to advise where the nearest testing place is to your resort , average cost per test vary from 60€-90€.
Covid update for Mallorca April 2021
April 2021
We hope that our clients in the UK are enjoying the easing of lockdown and a chance to meet up with loved ones and enjoy a well-earned alfresco meal and drink.
International travel still remains uncertain with the Global Travel Taskforce report not offering the clarity we were hoping for, the confirmation of a traffic light system and a commitment from the UK government to drive down the cost of PCR tests is a welcomed. It’s an indication that we are gearing up for some international travel this year.
We wanted to reassure you that you can book with confidence with our Covid guarantee of a full refund or deferral if either Country is in lockdown or quarantine of 10 days or more is in place. Mallorca is doing all it can to ensure that they are ready to receive tourists again this year and will be, ready and waiting with open arms when the green light comes.
In the meantime, I wish you a safe and happy return to post-lockdown life and promise to keep you updated with all the latest information on travel to Mallorca, just as soon as we receive it.

January 2021
We are moving into 2021 with renewed enthusiasm
With Covid vaccines now approved and underway there is finally, some light at the end of the tunnel to ring in 2021, and according to the experts, this puts us on course for foreign holidays to begin again by Spring.
We are already seeing demand for 2021 up significantly that coupled with deferrals from 2020 means that some villas are already fully booked for next year, if you have your eye on something then I would recommend contacting our team sooner rather than later, with our money back or transfer of deposit guarantee if either Country is in lockdown, what’s to lose ?
November 2020 - Time to plan your post-lockdown escape
There’s no getting away from the fact that 2020 has been a difficult year for all in the Travel Industry and we are very grateful for the ongoing support of loyal customers and owners.
The positive news about a Covid vaccine has provided a timely boost for the tourism industry and as such we are moving into 2021 with renewed enthusiasm, we’ve added some beautiful new villas in the South West and our sister site at Rent-a-Villa in Mallorca now features villas throughout the Island .
We are already seeing demand for 2021 up significantly and that coupled with deferrals from 2020 has meant that some properties are already fully booked for Summer 2021. I think this year more than any other, if you have you have something specific in mind ,I would recommend booking early.
Case numbers in Mallorca remain very low and with the introduction of all visitors having to have clear Covid swabs 3 days prior to arrival we are hopeful that quarantine-free travel to the Island will be announced very soon .
Let’s hope happier times lie ahead for all and we can welcome you back to Mallorca with open arms very soon.
