What you need to know when travelling to Mallorca

24th July 2021 - Latest Travel Infomation to Mallorca

The latest traffic light shuffle changed Mallorca back to amber status, the good news is that from Monday 19th July, government guidance advising against travel to amber list countries will be lifted. Those fully vaccinated and under 18's no longer need to quarantine upon their return to the UK.

As UK residents you need to be aware that you will need to fill out a locator form before entering Mallorca, you also need to present the QR code you will receive when you have filled the form in. This information is also required for any travel to the Balearics from other Spanish or EU Countries.

Please click the link here and it will take you to the form needed. https://spth.gob.es This can be completed 48 hours before your flight.

Here you will find individual forms as well as forms for families/groups travelling together. Any other information regarding travel requirements will also be found there. We have been advised by clients/owners who have travelled to the Island that they have been asked to produce this on numerous occasions in the UK and in Spain. Our advice would be to print a copy if possible.

Britons travelling to Mallorca will either need to prove that they have been double vaccinated or show a negative Covid test. This comes into effect on Friday 2nd July. You can find further details on how to prove vaccination on this link: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/demonstrating-your-covid-19-status#nhs-covid-pass-what-it-is

You will still need to do a PCR test before returning to the UK. Below is a list of some of the local medical centres in Mallorca where you can have one. Be sure that the test is no more than 72 hours before departure or airlines won’t accept it.

The doctors Medical Center - https://www.tdoctors.es/ - With appointment - Spit PCR 75€ they will email you the results. Open Saturday morning.

Blog: Why choose a Luxury Villa holiday?

Here’s a little guide to give you an idea..
Your own pool! Bliss – no getting up at the crack of dawn to race to secure your favourite spot around the pool and watching to see if any one moves your towels which have been elegantly thrown onto ‘your’ sunbeds…. Only those staying with you will have access to the pool so you know the standard of cleanliness will be the same. We can arrange extra pool cleaning if needed also. [...]
