On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms each with direct access to the garden/inner yard.  The other 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated on the first floor and are connected with each other via a living-room, thus being used as a suite which has its own terrace to chill out and enjoy the surrounding views.

Villa Finca Rosa is located in the heart of wine region in Mallorca,  the villa is 1.5km from Binnisalem,  due to the location of the villa we would recommend car hire.

Price Note for Finca Rosa BSM01:
Prices shown are for the rental of the whole house .A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the stay , a security deposit of 750€ is due with the final balance and returned within 2 weeks of your stay providing the villa is left in good order . Payment accepted by bank transfer or online credit card payment. Sustainable Tourist Tax: The tax will be payable at the time of the remaining balance, At the time of signing this contract, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is calculated at 2.20 EUR per person per night for guests aged 16+. Under 16s are exempt from paying the tax. A 50% discount is applicable during off-peak season 1st November - 30th April.

Villa Rosa, is a beautiful old Finca dating back from the 19th century, the house has been completely renovated and offers upmarket comfort with a rustic appeal. The two-storey house with a floor area of 230 m2 has a total of 5 double bedrooms, all individually furnished,each with its own bathroom. 

On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms each with direct access to the garden/inner yard.There is also a modern well-equipped kitchen with a separate dining area. There is an option for guests to enjoy Continental Breakfast or Lunch/Dinner for an extra charge. 

The other 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated on the first floor and are connected with each other via a living-room, thus being used as a suite which has its own terrace to chill out and enjoy the surrounding views.

The Finca is located in the heart of Mallorca’s prime wine region, 1,5 km away from Binissalem and 25 km away from Palma. The driveway offers a magnificent view over the whole wine region . The owners adjacent vineyard covers an area of approximately 120.000 m² offering marvelous landscape and far reaching views towards  the formidable Serra de Tramuntana Mountains.

The owners also offer different activities for wine enthusiasts: an adjacent bodega has a wide range of various wine tasting events for guests and wine lovers. One can taste the wine and buy them in the on-site boutique.
