The pool is a good size and has numerous sunbeds around, plenty of room for inflatables for the children and a small slide is available for the children to have fun on!  The gardens are very well established and have fertile trees which grow seasonal fruits such as figs, very often the owner will leave a plate of fruit for guests.  There is an outdoor BBQ area for meals.

This is a perfect kitchen for a family villa holiday. The kitchen has good facilities including overn/hob. microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.   The kitchen has plenty of character including exposed beams.

One of the bedrooms can be found at entrance level,  this is a double bedroom with full bathroom.  On the first floor are the remaining bedrooms, a twin and a double with shared shower room.  Each of the bedrooms are neutral in design and are of a good size.  All of the bedrooms are air conditioned.

Finca Martina is in a perfect location for exploring the North of the Island.  The villa is a short drive from Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca.  Due to the location of the villa we would recommend car hire for this property.

Price Note for Finca Martina POT02:
A security deposit of €300 against breakages is required when booking this property. This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property. Sustainable Tourist Tax: The tax will be payable at the time of the remaining balance, At the time of signing this contract, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is calculated at 2.20 EUR per person per night for guests aged 16+. Under 16s are exempt from paying the tax. A 50% discount is applicable during off-peak season 1st November - 30th April. A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay.

The exterior of the villa is just as pretty as the interior with covered terrace by the front door and an Ivy covered terrace by the BBQ, an ideal spot for a family meal whilst keeping n eye on the children playing in the pool.  The pool is a good size and has numerous sunbeds around, plenty of room for inflatables for the children and a small slide is available for the children to have fun on!  The gardens are very well established and have fertile trees which grow seasonal fruits such as figs, very often the owner will leave a plate of fruit for guests.  

This is an ideal villa for families looking to have a comfortable base to explore the chic areas of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca.  Both areas offer an abundance of tapas bars, restaurants and shops.  Puerto Pollenca has a long sandy beach which is ideal for families to spend the day.  Various watersports are available here.
