There is plenty of space for everyone at Finca Monica and a great lawned area for the children to kick a ball around. You also have a lovely outdoor dining area to sit and enjoy family lunches.
Living Space
The interiors of Finca Monica are decorated to a high standard and have plenty of features including expose beams. There is a decicated entertainment and the villa has satellite tv, WiFi and videgames.
Kitchen And Utilities
The kitchen at Fina Monica is, large modern and well designed with everything needed for a luxury self catering villa holiday. Appliances included are oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and more.
There is a seperate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The bedrooms in Finca Monica are all good sizes and perfect for a families staying together. There is a childrens bedroom on the ground floor consisting of bunkbeds , a full size single bed and an optional pull out bed. There are 2 further bedrooms on this level, a king size double or twin and a kingsize double ( both are en suite ).
On the first floor is the master bedroom with full en-suite and a shared terrace overlooking the pool. There is are two further double bedrooms, one has the shared terrace with the master suite and the other has an en-suite
Location
Finca Monica is in the perfect location for exploring Alcudia and the surrounding areas. It is an 8 minute drive to Pollenca Town and only 15 minutes drive the Puerto Pollenca and that fabulous beach.
